Holding a conference is not an easy task, and it carries high overhead costs. It’s like holding a concert. The minute you sign up, expenses accrue, like ordering a day’s meal.

For this reason, we are not in a position to issue refunds. Giving out refunds adds to our overhead and creates a bookkeeping nightmare. And most importantly, we’re putting on this conference at cost, so issuing refunds will make it more difficult to hold it next year. That hurts the community as a whole.

If you cannot make it to the conference, here are some options to consider:

  • Send a colleague in your place.
  • Save your ticket and attend next year. You’ll be getting a bargain since we will be charging more next year.
  • Attend 3 of our upcoming morning sessions.
  • Get credits toward any products or services we offer. We have plenty than can help your nonprofit grow.
